We do not promote or condone marijuana use,” Taylor said at a recent editorial board meeting. She added that the question is “a simple, very modest proposal that can have a big impact. The man behind the Nov. 4 proposal that would authorize one business to distribute medical marijuana in Ferndale is a mystery to most. Even elected officials in this Oakland County suburb aren’t sure who the initiative’s leader, Carl Martin Swanson, is or what his group, the National Organization for Positive Medicine, is all about. In fact, no one at City Hall has laid eyes on Swanson or knows exactly where he lives or what the 37-year-old does for a living.

Dominic Grieve, the Shadow Home Secretary, said: ‘The Home Secretary is deluded if she thinks this represents a toughening up of the law. The punishment system is full of holes with half of penalty notices not even being paid. The Government needs to wake up to the real harm cannabis does to young people marijuana seeds and realise it requires real action, not more spin.Humberside Chief Constable Tim Hollis, who speaks on drugs for the Association of Chief Police Officers, promised a harder line, despite doubts over whether the punishment escalator would work.

The FBI’s tally is the highest marijuana arrest total ever-reported in law enforcement history. If this pace continues, annual arrests for pot will surpass one million per year by 2010.But to hear America’s top drug cop tell it few, if any, citizens are ever arrested for pot possession, and absolutely no one goes to jail for breaking marijuana laws (lowryder seeds).
The fact is today, people don’t go to jail for the possession of marijuana,” Walters alleged on C-Span. “Finding somebody in jail or prison for possession of marijuana is like finding a unicorn. It doesn’t exist.”

If such a great news that i have read it’s true Hemp being from two to three times as strong as any of the hard fibers, much less weight is required to give the same yardage of lowryder seeds. For instance, sisal binder twine of 40-lb. tensile strength runs 450 ft. to the lb. A better twine made of hemp would run 1280 ft. to the lb. Hemp is not subject to as many kinds of deterioration as are the tropical fibers, and none of them lasts as long in either fresh or salt water. While the theory in the past has been that straw should be cut when the pollen starts to fly, some of the best fiber handled by Minnesota hemp people was heavy with seed.

The American Declaration of Independence recognizes the “inalienable rights” of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This last element is very interesting for us, so what did they really think, mr George Washington nad colleagues, with these words, search of happiness? And why the first president, in the same days of the declaration of indipendency was a little bit sad because he has started to separate the males from the females but,as he recognized “it was too late”? Nice how the winnder write the history and re-write it on and on.
